Modenar constructions Pty Ltd was formed in 2003. Owners and directors John Lagakis and Nick Papadis both having over 30 years combined experience in the building and construction industry.
John and Nick are personally involved throughout the planning and construction process and pride themselves on meticulous attention to detail and personal service. They are professional yet hands-on homebuilders who can relate to their clients needs and desires.
