Nick Papadis and John Lagakis of Modenar Constructions Pty Ltd recently completed an extension including a first floor addition to my home to the value of approximately $150 000 at Bexley North.

Paddington & Killara 2

John Lagakis and Nick Papadis of Modenar Constructions Pty Ltd were employed by myself to fit-out a fashion retail shop in Paddington in July 2003. They had estimated that the work would take six weeks to complete.

During the fit-out I was at the premises most days. I found John and Nick to be timely and efficient in their work. supplies of required materials were ordered in advance so as not to delay work. They would clean up at he end of a working day, having completed what thay had come to do in that day.

The finished shop reflects good workmanship and construction, hence a visually flawless finish. In addition, the entire work was completed ahead of schedule by two weeks which allowed me to start trading sooner than scheduled.

Furthermore, I have employed Modenar to commence extensive renovations on my home. Again, I have found them to be timely and efficient in their preliminary work and also cost effective. I have no hesitation in recommending Modenar Constructions for all building and construction work, commercial and residential.
